I would like to offer the seller U$ for this 1965 Ford XP Falcon Ute (Ranchero) (advertised for U$5,070).
If the seller accepts this offer I agree to purchase this vehicle and I understand that I am bound by the Terms and Conditions of this site. This purchase agreement is not retractable.
I am aware that there are additional costs involved in purchasing a vehicle in a foreign country. I am willing to pay for these services and transporting costs for this vehicle to the Australian dock and shipping the vehicle to the USA including all the associated costs. I have reviewed the associated costs of these services prior to agreeing to purchase this vehicle.
I understand that it is prudent to have a vehicle inspected and appraised by an independent professional in my absence. If I haven't already had an inspection done, by submitting this offer I am choosing to waive that right.
The seller will be notified of my intent to purchase and will confirm the above stated price. I understand that I will then be required to place a $500 nonrefundable deposit on the vehicle using a Credit Card, Debit Card or Paypal within 24 hours.
Once this has been lodged I will be emailed a receipt, an invoice and complete wire transfer instructions to complete the transaction.
If for some unusual reason the sale is not completed my deposit will be refunded less processing fees.
